Policies / Rental Agreement
Reservations: Reservations are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you reserve your party 30/60/90 days in advance. This advance booking will ensure you that we can give your party the attention and detail it deserves. Upon reserving your date, a 35% deposit is required, which is applied to your balance as a credit. The remainder balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Pay Pal payments on our website.
Cancellations/Refunds: In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, emergencies or illnesses, we reserve the right to cancel any event and work with you to reschedule your party event.
Party Duration: We will arrive approximately 2hours before your scheduled event (depending on the details of your specific decorations). Parties are 2 to 4hr durations, depending on your party selections. Approximately 1hr is required for breakdown, after the party. Facility or Venue clean-up is NOT INCLUDED. For more elaborate and customized parties, set-up/tear-down times may vary.
Party Attendance: Parties are customized to your specific guest count. Refunds will not be provided for "no shows". PO2 Party Designs & Rentals does "Host" parties, however we are not babysitters. It is the responsibility of the guests and/or guest parents or guardian to ensure safety of all party goers. PO2 Bridal & Event Designs assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party.
Invitations: Invitations are delivered via mail in the bulk 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event, which enables you to mail or hand deliver them.
Catering: PO2 Bridal & Event Designs is not responsible for any allergic reactions after consuming any foods or beverages before, during or after the party.
Candy Buffet Bar: All buffets are custom tailored to your specifications and needs. PO2 is responsible for all glassware, candy, custom printed candy bags and arrangements.
Shop and Drop Candy Buffet Bar: Do-it-yourself buffet bar. PO2 will provide glass containers, candy scoops, table linens and custom printed candy bags.
Damages: Any items damaged, broken or unaccounted for after delivery, will be paid for by client (x3) the original cost.
Atmosphere: Please provide a smoke-free environment. Please provide a pet-free area.
